What are people doing with their mid-pipes?

Post What are people doing with their mid-pipes? 
I'm running street class for my build so I would need to keep my catalytic converter on.  It's not an issue as far as removing and welding, but I'm wondering what people are doing for 3" mid pipes?  

I know there's companies that manufacturer the mid sections but who?
